How to Start a Remote Support Session

    Click the download link below to install the remote support application.

  2. Run the Application
    Open the downloaded file. No installation is required for temporary support sessions.

  3. Share Your Access Code
    When AnyDesk opens, you will see a 9-digit access code. Provide this code to your Star Technical Services technician.

  4. Approve the Connection
    Once our technician connects, simply approve the request and we will begin troubleshooting your issue.
